Engineered Transportation and Rigging Company (ETARCO), a Canadian heavy transport company which was established in March of 1991 in Cambridge, Ontario, partnered Van Seumeren B.V. on several high profile projects in western Canada in the late 1990s. The Van Seumeren Group purchased the majority interest in ETARCO in 1998 and acquired Mammoet two years later.
