Mammoet has been operating in the south-east Asia region for more than 30 years and have been involved in most of the major projects in the petrochemical, power, civil and offshore sectors. Our regional headquarters is located in Singapore together with our sales and engineering department. Our operational headquarters is based in Nilai, Malaysia. Rentals and the ever increasing offshore loadouts are equally important and form an integral part of our business. Difficult projects under difficult terrain conditions have been completed safely and successfully to the full satisfaction of our clients.
Mammoet has the largest heavy lift fleet of cranes in south-east Asia, with extensive expertise in the specialized fields of heavy lifting, sea and land transportation, supply of cranes and other lifting devices, engineering and project management. Our network of subsidiaries for the region includes Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan and Australia.
Cranes have been supplied both on a fully operated and maintained basis and on a bare rental basis. We are also specialists in the design and execution of heavy lifts and have lifts exceeding 1,150 tonnes weight to our credit. These having included all facets of preliminary design, rigging, lifting beam supply and skilled supervision.
We are able to transport and install vessels and modules directly onto foundation with our extensive fleet of self-propelled modular trailers (SPMT) and conventional hydraulic platform trailers,. The combined transport capacity exceeds 8,000 tonnes. Jacking, weighing, ballasting and skidding operations are also an integral part of our activities.
